Results of the 5k parkruns around the county on Saturday 13th December 2025. Approximately 971 runners and walkers took part in the 11 events in Co Cork.
Report... It was a full house of events this weekend with no cancellations due to flooding. This was one of the few weekends in the year where the numbers at Tramore Valley Park exceeded Ballincollig. Perhaps some people were playing it safe by going to other parkruns in anticipation that Ballincollig might be cancelled again.
Macroom... Well done to Betty O'Riordan competed her 250th parkrun and Sean McSweeney who completed his 100th today at the Macroom Castle Demesne parkrun this weekend! They are pictured below with run director RD Felicity Dawson.
Sean also has over 175 volunteering credits to his name.
Glengarriff... Well done to David J Sullivan who reached the 250-parkrun milestone this weekend!
