This 10k race organised by Doneraile AC is coming up on Saturday the 11th of June 2022 at 11am.
It takes place on a mixture of roads (first 5km) and paths (last 5km) within Doneraile Park. Entry is €22.50 and includes a medal and snood.

Doneraile 10km Race Day Instructions
Update 7th June - Parking available in the overflow carpark of Doneraile Park. Also number pick up & on the day registration will be at the Presentation Pastrol Centre P51 N406.
Refreshments will also be served here. Please allow time to walk to the start line approx 1km from the Centre.

The course is AAI measured, fully insured and marshalled. We will have medical personnel on route (hopefully they won't be needed )

Detailed instructions...
Start Line: As in 2019, the race start line is at the top gates of Doneraile park opposite Canon Sheehan School Primary school P51 X796.
Start line is approx. 1.1km from Race HQ. Turn left for the start line from Race HQ at the bottom of Convent Road.
Directions will be posted plus stewards will be on the route to point you in the right direction.
Start time is 11:00am sharp unless there is an unforeseen delay.
Note: There will be no road closures so keep to the left-hand side of the road. Kindly follow stewards’ instructions at all times.

Race Numbers: Please note that the postal option for race numbers is now closed.
If you have chosen the postal option, you will receive your number in the post by Friday.
Alternatively, if you have chosen to collect your number on race day or if you have not received your number by post, please come to the Collections Desk at Race HQ before the race.
Online registration closes at 17:00 on Friday, 10 June.
On the day registration is available at Race HQ. Please note this will be €25.00 to assist with float/ change requirements. Please note, change may not be available immediately but we will do everything we can to accommodate.
Online registration is cheaper.
Race start time is 11am SHARP. You will need to allow time to get from the overflow car park to Race HQ and from Race HQ to the start line as there is approx. 13 minutes’ walk each way between the two.
Shuttle Bus: Kindly note there will be No shuttle bus going between Race HQ and the start line for the 2022 race.
Toilet Facilities: Available in Doneraile Park and Race HQ. Please wear a mask when using the toilet facilities. Please note there are no toilet facilities at the Start line.
