One of the biggest road races in the country over the weekend was the Streets of Galway 8k with a whopping 989 finishers.
Cork's own Lizzie Lee of Leevale AC was the first woman home in a time of 26m 57s.

As can be seen from the list above, Carol Finn of Leevale was 4th woman while Conor McCauley was 5th man.
