Bue skies and sunshine were to the fore for this 10 miler in Cobh with Mick Clohisey doing a solo run to win by almost 5 minutes. Lizzie Lee was the first women home in 58:28.

A well organised race but those hills!!!! A good race for a day out but not for running a fast time.

Cobh is quiet hilly but an absolute pleasure to run with Sonia the legend.
