The next race locally is the Cork BHAA 'HSE' 4 mile at the Marina in Cork City. Registration is at the Lee Rowing Club which is just on the city side of Pairc Ui Chaoimh.
The race starts at 11am. Entries are as per usual.......€5 for registered runners and €8 for non-reg.
Note..!! .........If you ran the Dublin City Marathon last Monday then you should avoid running this race. Now is the time to let your body recover. That's not to say you won't be able to run it but your chances of getting injured are greatly increased.
