What a wonderful day's running in Cobh today on a course that was challenging no matter what level of runner you are. Great weather, crowd and organisation - all the elements necessary for a great day !

Well done to the organizers, everything seemed to go without a hitch as far as I could tell. It was really great having it at 10:30am as it freed up the afternoon nicely. Same time next year please. Thought the worst part was walking from the finish back up to the car park. Now that was steep!
