Just catching up on some newspaper articles that appeared over the last month. This particular one is about landing on your heel while you run. Reading through some previous articles on the Internet, they seem to preach about not landing on your heel which is easier said than done.
Now this article suggests that heel striking is not so bad after all!!.......especially for distance running.
