Bere Island... The parkrun on Bere Island celebrates its 10th anniversary. 

Castlehaven... Well done to Mary Quinlan and Liam Quinlan who both completed their 200th 5k parkrun!

Macroom... Well done to Rebecca Ryan who completed her 100th 5k parkrun!
