Someone found a Garmin Forerunner 10 watch on the main road in Rathcormac recently. Going through the data on the watch, it looks as if the owner did a 4.31 mile run on the 29th of January which might tie in with the fun run that was in Glanmire that day?
Do you know of anyone who has lost a Garmin Forerunner 10 watch recently?
If you do, let me know and I'll pass on your details.

Put it into a computer and go onto garmin express which will give the owners name if they have an account maybe? Just guessing not sure if it will work.
I Have tried that and also contacted Garmin direct, they were to send a mail to the registered owner, no joy on that front.
I work in a local sports shop in Cork and people have come into us in the past with Garmin watches they have found. We can check the serial number against those which we have sold and sometimes the customer's name can be in our system. So an option could be to contact a few local sports shops that sell the watch in question and see if they can help you out in any way. I can check the serial number in our shop anyway if that's any help?
Might be worth checking the history 4.31 mile time vs the glanmire race result times
All, thank you for the reply's, yep I have contacted a number of people with a similar Glanmire race time to that on the watch. A few promising leads in progress.
If they do not pan out I will check with sport shops re serial numbers.
Owner of watch found and it has now been returned to the owner.
Thanks to all for the ideas.
