I would like to sincerely thank my running friends for the visits, good wishes and cards that they sent to me in the past couple of weeks. Their thoughts and support really helped to speed up my recovery. I want to particularly thank the following for their generous support Ballycotton Running Promotions, BHAA, Eagle AC, Marathon Club Ireland, Midleton AC, St Finbarr's AC and everyone else who helped me get through this difficult time.
