A challenging but fair course on a beautiful summer's evening, what more could you want. Lots of locals out to support the runners too which created a nice vibe around the town.
A fine spread after in the hall, credit to all concerned.

This was a fantastic event. For €10 we got : chip timing, water at half way and at the finish, medals for all, lovely food afterwards, great stewarding and quality prizes. The support, out on the course, from the local community, really added a special atmosphere.

this was a very well run event on a very nice course (if a little hilly!!), stewarding was fantastic and the local support was very much appreciated over the finishing couple of K. spread afterwards was top rate and a special word of praise for whoever made that fantastic fruitcake, it was amazing. i can only see this even getting stronger in the years to to come to commemorate a local running hero run over one of his training routes. well done millstreet ac.

Well done to all involved for making this race such a success. It was a pleasure to be part of such a well organised event which had everything and showed great community spirit.A great tribute to Willie Neenan who gave so much and who introduced so many children to athletics in Millstreet.
