Some photos of the Douglas 5k...Sat 23rd Mar 2013

This 5k was held last Saturday in the Tramore Valley Park in Cork City and attracted a field of 149 runners.

Ronan Kennelly of Douglas Lions Club also passed on the following message......"We are very appreciative of all the help we received  from the BHAA officials who gave their time on a voluntary basis. The next 5k coming up in the Tramore Valley Park is on April the 27th and is being organised by the Cork City Marathon. Details in another post.
