Join double Cork City Marathon women's winner Nollaigh O'Neill on Wednesday 17th August in LeisureWorld Cork for a night covering topics such as: Technique, Speed, Endurance, Strength, Plyometrics for Power, Agility-foot drills, core training, flexibility.
There will also be discussions on objectives, goal setting and general Qs & As.
Info on Meet & Train 8 week 10K Programme also available on the night! This will be facilitated by Nollaigh and will precede our 2016 Rebel Run 10 on Sun 16th of October!
