Results of the Ballinhassig 4 mile road race - Sun 17th Mar 2013

 This 4 mile road race which was organised by Rising Sun AC was held on Sunday, the 17th of March 2013.

    What a tough course. The slow drag from 2 - 3.5 miles was even more punishing than the steep 1st kilometre. Definately coming back for more next year. All the "strangers" I spoke to treated me like their best friends. The best asset the Cork running scene has are the people involved.
