Great morning, wondering was it just me or did course measure longer? My watch pinged 10k just as I entered the track,
ReplyDeleteSame, mine measured at 10.2
DeleteI was extremely disappointed when the rebel run sold out so quickly this year as I have been doing it every year since the beginning. However it was alarming to see the large number of non-starters this year as well. These places all went to waste.
ReplyDeleteAgreed. I emailed them about cancellations or transfers, no replys.
DeleteAnyone have a link to the photos :)?
ReplyDeleteWas my first 5k race this morning wanted just under 30 got it in 29.58 felt fantastic after it had great support along the way
ReplyDelete10k Course long by 180 yards. Every year the same & feedback provided to push start line forward, yet no change. Also no age categories showing on the results, disappointing if no category prizes this year. Otherwise a great event
ReplyDeleteWhy was the event not chip timed? Says on the website it would be 🤔
ReplyDeleteThere was a timing mat at the finish line.
DeleteDistance off here too by .2 of a mile. They had chip start and finish previously so you could get a net time not just a gun time.
