Notice: IMRA Mushera-Boggeraghs 11km race - Sun 3rd Mar 2024

IMRA are holding an 10.8km trail and mountain race on Sunday 3rd March 2024 in the Boggeragh Mtns. While it's called the 'Mushera-Boggeraghs' event, it would probably better be described as a run/walk up to the summit of Musheramore mountain and back down again.

The total ascent is 500m so it's not too difficult but it's certainly a step up from the IMRA trail races in the various woods.

For those of you who don't know, Musheramore is the closest 600m/2000ft mountain to Cork City and is located to the NE of Macroom and SE of Millstreet. If you go to any high ground around Cork City, it's clearly visible away to the north west.
