Full size 400m athletics track planned for Mallow
Big news for runners in North Cork. It looks as if planning permission is being sought for a full size 400-metre athletics track in Mallow.
I ran and trained on a home made 400 metre track in the town park long ago in the 1960's. I welcome this proposed 400 metre track , It is about time. Bobby Buckley -Irish Tailteann Mile champion 1966, Irish Junior Mile Champion 1965.
