Notice: Togher 5k road race in Cork City - Sun 29th Dec 2019

The annual Togher 5k is coming up over the Christmas period on Sunday the 29th of December 2019 at 1pm.

Update: 16th Dec 2019... Pre-entries have now passed the 500 mark!
Update: 22nd Dec 2019... Pre-entries now at 600.
Update: 23rd Dec 2019... Pre-entries now at 750.
Update: 25th Dec 2019... Pre-entries are now closed after reaching 800. 200 entries available on the day.

This is always a popular race and is one of the biggest in Cork over Christmas. As 5k courses go, this one is pretty fast and it's mostly around quiet housing estates.

Entries...The online entry fee is €15 and includes a long sleeve dry fit top. You can enter online HERE

Entries on the day also cost €15. All proceeds from the event go towards Togher AC and Cork Mental Health Foundation.

There is a free long sleeved dry fit top for the first 800 to enter.

The official launch of the Togher AC 5k took place at Ryan's SuperValu Togher with Niall McCarthy of Togher Community Association, Brendan McCarthy of Cork Mental Health, Jason O'Callaghan and Kevin Morgan of SuperValu Togher and Aidan Hartnett of Togher AC.
