The heavy rainfall on Friday and early on Saturday has had an impact on the 5k parkruns in Cork with Ballincollig, Macroom and Glengarriff being cancelled.
The photo above shows the playing pitches in Ballincollig Regional Park on Saturday morning about 9am. With more rain on the way, there is likely to be a lot of standing water around next week. Check to confirm that it is on next Saturday if you are traveling.
