A total of 1241 runners took part in this years Mallow 10 mile road race on Sunday the 25th of March 2018. After a sunny start to the day, the skies clouded up for the race but the rain held off while it was on. As predicted, the gentle breeze from the NW made things very warm in the last 3 miles.

ReplyDeleteA cliché yes, but this was a race organised by runners for runners. Mallow AC should be proud of their efforts, Pacers, an army of stewards, Garda and council support, big clock at half way, support along the route, long sleeve top, great ‘spread’... I could go on. No stone left unturned. Thank you very much Mallow AC, you sent 1200+ runners home very happy.
