Cork County Council to explore creation of dog-free walking areas

In a recent Irish Examiner article, it was said that Cork County Council officials are exploring creating dog-free walking areas in towns and villages in an attempt to cut down on dog fouling.

As a general rule, any walking area is usually a good area for running as well. While most dog owners are responsible, there is a sizeable minority who don't clean up after their dogs.
