Results of the Ballincollig 5k parkrun...Sat 8th July 2017

 A total of 175 people took part in this weeks 5k parkrun in Ballincollig Regional Park. As you can see from the chart, there has been a gradual drop since the middle of June. I wonder if it's because of more people heading away on holidays at this time of year?

I also noticed that Rachel O'Callaghan finished in the top spot for the first time! Rachel is a regular at this event and has finished in the 2nd and 3rd spots in the past.

    The recent dip in numbers matches the 3 Saturdays of the Lions tests, another consideration as the times clashed.

    the Unknown in position 2 was a lady, but she wasn't registered with parkrun so doesn't get to claim the time or honours of being first lady past the post.
