Notice...Charleville Half-Marathon - Sun 17th Sept 2017

The Charleville Half-Marathon is coming up on Sunday, the 17th of September 2017 and it is widely recognised as being one of the fastest courses in the country.


You can enter online for the Half-Marathon here until the 14th September http://www.charlevillehalf.com/registration/ 




The entry fees are as follows…
Early Bird Fee... €35... Until July 12th
Standard Entry Fee... €40... Until Aug 30th
Late Entry Fee... €45... Until Sept 14th

No Race Day entry available.

2hr 30min time limit due to organisational and safety constraints. No Transfers, No refunds, No deferrals are allowed due to organisational and insurance constraints.

The race entry includes a dry fit top, chip timing and post race refreshments.

Proceeds from the race go towards the development of North Cork Athletic Club and St.Josephs Foundation where the race is hosted. 

The club presented a cheque for €2,000 to St.Josephs Foundation in May of 2017. This was from the proceeds of the 2016 race.
Committee Members of North Cork AC, present a cheque for €2,000 to Noreen Ryan CEO St Josephs Foundation Charleville, proceeds of the 2016 Charleville International Half Marathon. St Josephs Foundation is an organisation for people with special needs and they kindly host the half-marathon on their site every year, along with allowing North Cork AC access to their sports facilities for juvenile athletes training.
