Receipe for overnight oats by Dr.Sharon Madigan

Now that the Cork Marathon is over, a lot of people will be planning ahead to an autumn half-marathon or marathon. This involves plenty of long training runs and it's important that you take on proper food after key sessions.

In this video clip, Dr Sharon Madigan, Head of Performance Nutrition at the Sport Ireland Institute, gives a quick recipe for overnight oats.
