This route is perfect to those who are new to trail running and is suitable for all levels of ability. It is also a chance to bring the whole family as there is a junior race for 10 – 16 year olds and a free non-competitive run (accompanied) for kids under 10
This race is open to all and the cost is €5. If you have already run an IMRA race this year, bring the race number given to you at that race as it is valid for the full year. However, if this is your first IMRA race this year, you must purchase yearly IMRA membership for €10 per person.
The run is part of a wider series of runs taking place across Munster this summer. As part of the Munster Trail League there will be a trail race somewhere in Munster for 14 consecutive Wednesday evenings from 10th May through to 9th August and there’s a finisher’s t-shirt if you complete 7 runs in the series.
