The course will be held in the village of Eyeries on the Beara Peninsula and is being organised by Eyeries Running Promotions.

New to Running, want to start a new habit and get out in the open air and take in some of the amazing sights we have on our doorstep. Begin on the right foot with the Running Workshop, taking place in Eyeries on Friday and Saturday 27th and 28th of January, with Owen Dwyer, Chartered Physiotherapist. Hosted by Eyeries Running Promotions. €40 for the Introductory Talk and Practical session. Owen will cover all aspects of running that will appeal to all levels.
