The conditions for the 12th edition of the Ballincollig 5k parkrun were pretty wet and the net result was that the numbers dropped to 151, the lowest number so far for this event. It's interesting to note that when the weather was dry, the numbers have been hovering around the 200 mark so the rain seems to have had a 25% impact on numbers.

With a terrible weather forecast and a very wet morning isn't it fantastic that 151 runners turned out along with over 20 volunteers and pacers to make for another great run :-) Long may it continue.
