The annual Cork BHAA IPS-Garda 5k road race was held this year in Mahon on Wednesday the 6th of July 2016. A total of 390 runners took part on what turned out to be an overcast but dry evening. Just a few hours later, the rain arrived in from the west so it was lucky on that score.
