243 runners turned out for this years Conna 5k road race on Friday the 29th of July 2016, the exact same number as last year. With so many races on the calendar, keeping the numbers steady at 200+ is pretty good for this 5k race organised by St.Catherines AC.

Fair play to Frank Hayes and the St Catherine's AC . Well organised and they are great to support all other local races around the county ! No surprise they held their numbers ! Will be back next year for another crack off that hill !
