New doping allegations against Kenya

One of the big stories to break today is an undercover investigation of ongoing doping of athletes in Kenya. This was done at the Iten training camp where many European athletes train.

The video from German TV is here...  http://laem.sportschau.de/amsterdam2016/videos_audios/New-doping-allegations-against-Kenya,amsterdam992.html

  1. For far too long now athletics is every bit as dirty and drug fuelled as cycling was at its worst. Stick to the jogging and fun runs.

  2. Can,t argue with last post. Its got to the stage now where every athlete competing at a high level is suspicion.People just don,t believe it anymore no matter what response they are given.

  3. Its getting difficult to argue with the above sentiments. There seems to be a new doping scandal in athletics every other week now. Seems to be the new Cycling for drugs controversy.

  4. Athletics is now being shown up as every bit as dirty as cycling. Credibility totally gone, as much as some try to defend it so called top level athletics tainted now forever.

  6. ARD and Sunday times need to provide evidence not rumours and fake inconclusive videos and articles. I wish they'd name all athletes they claim to have investigated. If they are so certain of their reports why not name the athletes so they can individually defend themselves? That way I'd be the first one to praise their reports. The so called whistle blowers must also be revealed or we shall continue to believe they don't exist. But no ARD and Sunday times would rather go on a witch hunt destroying the careers of innocent athletes while boosting their TV and other ratings. All Kenyan and Russian athletes participating in Rio have been tested a million times in the past two months. What about athletes from the rest of the world?
