Cheapest entries for the Charleville Half-Marathon close today 8th June

For those of you planning ahead, the Charleville Half-Marathon is coming up this year on Sunday the 18th of September 2016 with a 10am start. As half marathon courses go, this would be recognised as one of the fastest in Munster and it's also at the right time of year as the conditions are usually cooler.

The cheapest entries close today June the 8th. The race entry includes a dry fit top.

Special Early Bird Entry Fee     €27     Until June 8th
Early Bird Fee     €32  Until July 8th
Standard Entry Fee     €37 Until Sept 8th
Late Entry Fee €42  Until Sept 17th

    1) There is a dry fit top. Not sure about a medal.

    2) No, it's an accurate 13.1 miles. Nice straight wide road for the start with one wide bend after about 600m. No maze to navigate in the first mile.

    Nice dri-fit t-shirt, straight flat course, well organised, great grub, sports massages, fantastic pacers. I think you could buy a medal last year for €2 afterwards if you wanted one - I suppose if you don't want medals, you don't have to pay for them, which seems fair. Fantastic event and well worth a crack as a goal half marathon. I can't recommend this event highly enough. If you want a PB, then is is the course to get it on.

    Feel free to run 400m metre past the entrance to the finish line and back again for a real Cork Half marathon experience. :)
