Results of the Kilcredan 5k road race...Fri 20th May 2016

It's amazing what a difference 24 hours can make. The sunshine for the Cheetah Run in Fota Wildlife Park on Thursday was replaced by the damp and dreary conditions on Friday for the annual Kilcredan 5k race. Despite the conditions, a total of 230 runners took part.

    Great night of organisation. The damp weather didn't hinder the atmosphere. Well done to all the stewards and supporters who cheered us on.

    3rd time running this one. A very well organised and enjoyable race once again, despite the rain. Well done Kilcredan!

    A real community effort goes into this race. The whole thing is run really well and there is a lovely buzz about the place. Take a bow Kilcredan!
