Local residents steal water during the London Marathon
During the London marathon on Sunday, some of the local residents decided to loot one of the water stations...
I'd say they were giving it away free after all the runners had passed.There is water every mile in the London marathon so usually loads left over.There were organisers of water stations in white t shirts in the video footage
