Notice - Shanagarry Christmas 5k...Sat 19th Dec 2015
The annual Shanagarry Christmas 5 km road race is coming up next Saturday, the 19th of December at 12 noon. Located just 20 or so miles from Cork City, it might of interest to anyone wanting to try a short local race just before Christmas.

Just a note that it wouldn't be unusual for runners to give a fiver or tenner when registering and to tell the organisers to keep the change for GOAL. Not mandatory by any means, it's just something I noticed that quite a few people did last year.

I did that race 20 odd years ago. The turkey trot is a good craic. See you all there 😀
