The very first 5k parkrun in Cork City was held on Saturday the 26th of Sept 2015 in the Tramore Valley Park and a large crowd of 347 runners took part.

It wasnt pretty surrounds but it was good and with a large turnout everyone seem to enjoy the running. so lets hope it takes off. well done to all the volunteers for well organized event.
ReplyDeleteThank you all volunteers. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Cork finally has a great sized park that is moving in the right direction. And finally remember it wasnt a euro 50 entry, it was free. Thank you all. We look forward to next week's run.
