Photos of the Events Against Suicide 5k Charity Run...Tues 8th Sept 2015
This charity run was held on the usual Monahan Road / Centre Park Road circuit. Kieran Minihane was on hand to take some photos and they can be seen HERE
An awful pity I didn't know about this. I was looking for a run to do that night in preparation for the 10 miler and as I'm involved in the Cork Mental Health Foundation and a trainee psychotherapist, I'm very passionate about suicide prevention. So this would have been ideal. Missed it somehow. Ah well. Glad it went well anyway.
Friendly, enjoyable event, well done to the couple who ran three legged, brought back memories of the Paddy Games in the Mardyke some years back.
