Notice...GR8KM race in Mitchelstown, NE Cork - Fri 7th Aug 2015

The GR8KM organised by Galtee Runners AC coming up on Friday, the 7th of August. As the name suggests, it is an 8 km road race on the roads around Mitchelstown in North-East Cork. Considering it's proximity to the several major roads, it is likely to attract runners from North Cork, Limerick and Tipperary.



With the M8 motorway, Mitchelstown is now only 50 kms or a 35-40 minute drive from Cork City so it's an option for city based runners as well.

The race will start and finish at the new Mitchelstown Leisure Centre.
