Cork City Marathon looking for volunteers...

The Cork City Marathon is easily the main running event in Cork for the year. As with all city marathons, it takes a huge level of organisation and it wouldn't be possible without the help of an army of volunteers.

 

Would you like to be part of one of Cork's biggest events? The Irish Examiner Cork City Marathon is looking for Stewards and Volunteers to be part of the 'Event Team' on race day Bank Holiday Monday - June 1st.

    I would do it if I thought there was some benefit in it for example a discount off the marathon next year? 4 hours plus is a long time to be standing around ;-)

    There should be some number pick up on the morning of the race for people travelling more people would enter then
