As you can see on the photo above, the course is on very short grass so it's not the usual type of cross country race with hills and mud. As such, people do not need spikes or any type of special shoes to take part and you can wear your usual runners if you want to.
5k for the men and 3k for women.
Entry fee of €5 with proceeds to Make a wish Foundation and CIT AC.
Registration will take pace upstairs in the main GAA stand, on the side furthest away from the college.
Refreshments provided afterwards.
