Results of the North Mon 5k...Wed 24th Sept 2014

This 5k was organised by North Mon Past Pupils Union in association with St.Vincents Hurling & Football club.

    Excellent race, good support on the route and plenty food afterwards. Well done North Mon and St. Vincent's GAA.

    Now that you mention it, that's very true...there are very few races on the north side of the city. Other than the Cork marathon and maybe counting the Glanmire one? I can't think of any others. There used to be a BHAA one in Mayfield many moons ago. Roads were probably a bit quieter then.

    The hills would probably put people off and also BHAA races are sponsored by businesses and have a middle class cache about them which is a shame. The northside would have great routes to offer

    What a stupid comment.Are there no businesses on the Northside ? Aople.Eircom ++++ Get off the fence its the runners in BHAA organise the races.
