Reminder...Ballinascarthy 10k road race - Fri 4th July 2014

Just a reminder that this 10k in West Cork is coming up on Friday evening the 4th of July. One of the main aims of this race is to raise funds for the COPE Foundation.

After last years race, over €1800 was presented to Enable Ireland & the Cope Foundation. The photo below shows the presentation of the respective cheques to Cope (top) and Enable Ireland.


This years race will include...
1. Substantial ''goodie bags'' after the race.
2. Tea / Coffee, Sandwiches, Home made baking.
3. Free physio's after the race, for participants to get rub downs.
