€10 this year ??
ReplyDeleteIt was €8 last year and €7 the previous year.
It's a very good race but these increases are worse than the stealth taxes.
I'll have to give it a skip this year.
The organisers have introduced chip timing this year which tends to add about €2 to an entry fee.
ReplyDelete€10 would be in line with a lot of other races.
The extra cost this year is to cover chip timing by Precision Timing. This will make the race finish alot more streamlined.
ReplyDeleteThe start is always hectic being quite narrow. Hopefully slower runners won't remain standing near the front.
ReplyDeletethe start is on a much wider road now
