The West Cork Run was held in Cill na Martra on Sunday the 25th of May and attracted 147 participants between the two routes over 11k and 10 miles. This charity event was organised by Suicide Aware with proceeds going to fund their work.

Tough 10 miler with simply stunning views of the west Cork countryside. Definitely a course with character.

ReplyDeleteanonymous 10 mile runner-once u pace for tough hills mile 2 to 5 the rest was very enjoyable,flowing contour.plenty water stations,lovely quite road from reaniree on.mile one came up as 1.2 but the finish line was bang on 10.well enjoyed and will be back.
