Results of the Ballygiblin 5 km road race...Sun 23rd Feb 2014

The inaugural Ballygiblin 5 km road race held near Mitchelstown in NE Cork on Sunday the 23rd of February 2014. Organised by Galtee Runners AC, it attracted an impressive field of 195 runners.

    Exciting new race, has the potential to be a good fast early season race, very strong head wind for the 'out' bit but nice for the 'back' section.
    Overall thumbs up, well done

    Well done Galtee runners on a great race ,a lovely flat and safe course. Great tea and sandwich afterwards.
    Will be back next year.
