Today was my 3rd time running the Mount Oval 6 mile race & it is a great race. A real tough test with the hills at .75 miles & 3 miles.

ReplyDeletegreat race, one of the toughest in cork i,d say,not one for a pb! Quick question the winner of this race also ran the inter counties xcountry later same day according to results,is this the case? if it is thats some running!
ReplyDeleteA good challenge yesterday , a nice change from the flat fast courses. I echo the above regarding the stewards ect. Also the bar staff were pleasant and helpful all on all a good day well done to all concerned
ReplyDeleteGreat race, well stewarded on a tricky course. Spotted the winner who also had a great run in the inter counties....
ReplyDeleteTough course, well stewarded, efficient and very helpful staff in Mount Oval following race, however, looking at the National Cross Country results it does appear one athlete is multi tasking.
