Results of the Cork BHAA HSE 4 mile road race - Sun 3rd Nov 2013

A total of 245 turned out for this BHAA race in Cork City, down 17% from last year. It also clashed with the Cork AAI Senior Cross Country Championships which might explain the drop in numbers.

    Another v well organized race by BHAA. Registration fast, plenty stewards, plenty water and food, and results out within 3 hours. Only neg but not in their control was the surface for the last 300meters. Not the easiest when sprinting!
