  1. Great challenging race with all those hills/pulls and haunted it was all over before the heavens opened!

Great value for money, to have chip timing, goodie bag, run top, refreshments and to finish on a track (I most of broke my 200M PB as just went for it on the track!!). Loads of parking and marshals. Only slight neg would be using plastic cups for the 5K water station as you spill most of it!!

    Well done organisers

  3. Great great run. Brilliant value for money but and excellect goodie bag. One tiny thing and maybe it was me but i am almost sure my time is wrong. Is that possible? My watch reads totally different and the clock read the same but the result isnt anywhere near it....maybe i looked at the clock wrong....

  4. Enjoyable run and great that the weather held.

When I went to pick up my jacket I'd left on a tree at the start line, it was gone. Looked in Leisure World and with stewards but no luck. If anyone picked it up by accident (as it was with several others) can you drop me a mail - owenbrick@gmail.com

    Cheers

  6. Wearing headphones is fine if you are running in a park on your own,not on a road with some traffic and a few hundred people around you.I suppose common sense will never prevail with everyone.

  7. Not that i'm massively against headphones but good to see someone actually enforced the rule at last, races constantly threaten to dq people but never do.

  9. Unfortunately they had run out of bananas by the time I had finished. Yet I saw several finishers with 2 and 3 bananas. Greedy so and sos!
Apart from that it was a very well run race and a great morning . Well done to the organisers and all the stewards.
