8:08am Heffernan is away now with the two Russian's Noskov and Ryzhov for company. Sudol starting to struggle approx. 3-4 seconds back
8:12am Heffernan and Ryzhov pull away at 36km, Noskov about 5 sec back. Diniz has pulled out.
8:14am Leading the World at the 35km point. Both Russians still going strong with Sudol now 7 seconds back. 15k to go!
