Following a sunny hazy day on Friday, the weekend looks like as if it's going to be warm and dry with the high pressure system over the country dominating the weather.

Saturday 13th July...Cloudier conditions with plenty of sunshine. Temp still in the 20's. Risk of thunderstorms. Best of the weather in the east of the province.

Sunday 14th July...Again, the best of the weather in the east of the province. Warmest inland with temp in the mid 20's. Some clouds with planty of sunshine.

Outlook for the week ahead...Another fine week with the high pressure system over the country keeping things settled. Continuing warm and dry even though there may be some more cloud cover.

Racing & Running conditions...Hot and muggy. Make sure you hydrate properly. Best to run early morning or late evening.
