Results of the Macroom Castle Park Run...Sat 6th July 2013
This 5k Park Run on Saturday in Macroom attracted a field of 63 runners. The results can be seen HERE
Did the parkrun for the first time this week. What a well organised run, plenty of marshals and volunteers. Tea, coffee and a biscuit after the run, and all for free. The best thing was the results were e mailed to me that afternoon, well worth doing. The course is challenging but a great training run. People don’t arrive until about 9:20 and race starts promptly at 9:30. (Please note organisers of other races!!!) I will be back again, thanks all
